Certificate Program in Hospitality and Event Management
It is a certified program for students aspiring to serve in the field of hospitality. It teaches all the essentials for hotel management both theoretical and practical. It also helps in grooming the personalities and honing communication skills. The different topics covered being accounting and budgeting, front office management, wedding catering and hygiene and quality management.
This course gives you an insight of major departments of a hotel, hospitality & floor management, hygiene & quality management, food & beverages, menu planning & layout, human resource management, front office management & wedding catering.
CPHEM is a 6 months regular course with its session starting in the month of August. It requires its aspirant to be class 12th pass out or be appearing in class 12th examinations. It organises a practical training session or workshop at the end of first semester. It also requires a vocational training of 3months by the students during the course of completion.
